Sterilization
At Ocean Dental, We follow the 4 step sterilization process for cleaning dental instruments based on health and safety regulations and current technical guidance on sterilization.
Cleaning
After use, all the dental equipments are soaked in a disinfectant solution. Then they are thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned using a chemical solution or a washer-disinfector to remove contaminants.
Drying
It is important to ensure that instruments are completely dry when stored. The dried instruments are then sealed inside separate packages for sterile storage.
Sterilization
We follow autoclave and sterilization for all instruments to ensure 100% sterilization.
Storage
Once sterilized, the packages are placed carefully in UV light storage cabinets which ensures that wrapped instruments stay sterile.
